How to freeze or heat the sleeve?
To achieve the best state of ice therapy, place your sleeve inside the ziplock seal bag that was provided to you and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to get the best relief.
Place it in the microwave starting with 15 seconds without the insulated bag. To achieve higher temperature, increase 5 seconds extra incrementally.
How cold or hot does the sleeve get and how long does it last?
The cold sensation offers refreshing relief, while the hot sensation delivers soothing warmth. Both last up to 30 minutes.
